If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Warehouse Western Wear you can return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of purchase.
Items must be in the original packaging and original unused condition.
Boots may be returned or exchanged only if the soles are unscratched. Unfortunately, if we receive a pair of boots that have scuffs or scrapes on the bottom soles, they will be sent back to you. When trying on boots, be sure to walk in carpeted areas until you are sure that your boots fit correctly.
Warehouse Western Wear makes it easy to return or exchange your item(s) by printing a shipping label. A shipping label can be provided to you and the cost of the shipping label will be deducted from your refund.
For orders requesting a refund small handling fee of 15% will be deducted from your refund. Please allow 7-10 business days from the date item is received and has passed inspection to see in your account that was used to pay for the item.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We accept all exchanges and returns on orders outside the USA, however you will be responsible for all shipping cost and restock fee still applies.
Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
